Our Monet sail boats are finally finished.

SLE Kid's Art Fair

 

When: Friday, May 11th 3:30-6:30

Where: SLE cafeteria

What:  Come to look and browse, or buy your student's framed master piece at our art fair!  The total cost of the frame is 29.95 plus tax.  SLE makes $6 for each frame sold for additional art supplies.

Kindergarten Monet boats

Still a work in progress.  We still have to finish the sails and the boat.

Second Grade: Claude Monet's Sunset Reflection (finished)

First Grade: Keith Harring Action Pose

Second Grade: Batik with glue

Students created a Batik painting using glue as thier resist.  They first drew thier subject, then traced it with glue and lastly layered analagous colors to paint thier image.
